Frida Kahlo (1907-1954) is one of the most influential and inspirational Mexican artist from the 20th century. Her artwork is recognized and enjoyed worldwide by all cultures. At the early age of 18 she suffered a tragic bus accident which  caused severe damage to her body. The Day of the Dead (El Día de los Muertos or All Souls' Day) is a holiday celebrated in Mexico and by Latin Americans living in the United States and Canada.
